I am a Cultivator. My sword is bonded to me and, yes, I can use it to fly. But other than its loyalty to me and its connection to my Golden Core, it is just a sword.

Can't say I'm familiar with what a Golden Core is, but I'll see what the Admiral can do.

Think of it as another organ. Cultivators possess Golden Cores and that is what allows us to use spiritual energy for our spells and talisman.
